What is My Superdrug?
My Superdrug is what we call our team member reward and benefits package. It covers all the amazing benefits of working for us including wellbeing, holiday entitlement, pension and lots more! It’s also the name of our reward and benefits platform which hosts all the information about what benefits are available to our team.
Discount/loyalty card
Our team enjoy a discount across our 1000’s of products and in store services with 30% off Superdrug’s fabulous Own Brand and exclusive ranges and 10% off all other branded items. A few times per year we also increase this discount further and allow them to share that Superdrug feeling with those closest to them by giving some discount vouchers to friends and family!
Health and wellbeing
Wellbeing isn’t just a buzz word here at Superdrug, we take employee wellbeing and happiness seriously. We’ve invested in benefits which we know our team really value and supports like with all areas of their health.
Aviva Digicare Workplace+
This app gives our team (and their family) access to free digital private healthcare services, like a Digital GP, mental health consultations with a qualified counsellor, nutritional consultations and an annual health check!
Wagestream
An app which enables team members to track their shifts and how much they’re earning throughout the month and access up to 40% ahead of payday, giving flexibility over when they get paid. It also has a whole host of other financial wellbeing features, like a pot to build up some savings which Wagestream add 5% interest to!
Loyalty Club
Seeing team members reach work anniversary milestones makes us really happy and we love to use that opportunity to celebrate everything they’ve learned and achieved in that time. We call our work anniversary scheme Loyalty Club and we start the celebrations from just 1 year and recognising everyone is different, it gives managers the budget to recognise their team members in the way they’d most appreciate.
